Not your standard graphic jersey. We start with piece-dyed fabrics for rich color saturation, but not just a single fabric: the main body jersey has Castelli's ProSecco treatment to keep you dryer, the mesh side panels give extra stretch and ventilation, and the sleeves are in our four-way-stretch Velocity Rev2 fabric lifted straight from our Tour de France winning Aero Race 6.0 Jersey. It's a high-performance piece of kit. The graphic is added to the front through a sublimation process, but in this case it's an overprint on the dyed fabrics for a richer, more subtle look. The graphic block in the front is reminiscent of a screen-printed T-shirt, so you have the juxtaposition of a T-shirt-style graphic on a high-performance jersey. - Dyed prosecco micromesh main body fabric to keep you dry - Mesh side panels for breathability - Velocity Rev2 fabric on sleeves with close-to-body fit and raw-cut endings - Covered YKK Vislon zipper - Drop tail with 3 rear pockets

INDOOR TRAINING NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD We made this jersey for the rigors of indoor training. The 3D Mesh fabric allows maximum airflow for cooling while the 100% polyester content means it provides maximum moisture wicking. We made it on the limit of not being too transparent in case you want to wear it for group training sessions, or if you're using it at home and want to take it off after warming up the long zipper means it comes off easy. We put a couple of pockets on the back so you can stash your AirPods or phone or headband or whatever you haul to your training station. We've kept the collar low and the waist short for maximum cooling. It just happens to be a great hot weather jersey that you'll pull back out come August. - 3D Mesh lightweight 100% polyester wicks moisture and dries quickly - Semi-open mesh allows maximum airflow without becoming too transparent - Full-length zip makes for easy on and off - 2 rear pockets for stashing whatever you need - Can be used as hot weather outdoor jersey - Weight: 88g

The name velocissima means "very fast" in Italian, and indeed there's a lot of speed in this jersey, even though it wasn't designed as a race jersey. It brings together three different fabrics for fit as well as comfort. The main jersey fabric is a soft 100% polyester micromesh with Castelli's prosecco wicking treatment to keep you dry. Side panels are in a stretch mesh for ventilation and improved fit. The sleeves are lifted directly from Castelli's pro race jersey, but in this case because the four-way-stretch fabric with raw-cut sleeve endings is as comfortable as it is aerodynamic. The velocissima jersey is not lacking in technical details, but it was also designed to look good. The fabrics are piece-dyed for rich color, and then they get a sublimated overprint for the tone-on-tone graphic over the shoulders. It's finished with construction details like the three pockets that drop below the silicone waistband for easier access, while the easy-sliding ykk zipper makes ventilation adjustment easy. - Prosecco strada donna main body fabric for great moisture management - Velocity rev2 fabric for 4-way-stretch sleeves with raw-cut sleeve endings - Stretch-mesh side panels for better fit and breathability - Dyed fabrics for rich colors with sublimated overprint - Drop-pocket design for better placement of 3 rear pockets

UNLIMITED AND UNCOMPROMISING We're not crazy about the word "gravel." We love riding on it, but we don't like the way the cycling industry acts like it's a new sport. We prefer to just call it cycling because we're still riding bikes, we're still working up a sweat, we're still having fun and we're still beating up on our friends. Castelli's approach to all-surface riding is called Unlimited. Our riding now is a mixture of paved and unpaved surfaces, but we're riding just as hard and demanding just as much from our clothing. The Unlimited Jersey uses everything we know about moisture management, fit, shape, and the convenience of zippers that open easily and pockets that are the right shape and in the right place. But on this jersey we took the extra step of using fabrics that better resist snags from tree branches or vines that you'll find on your favorite trail. The main body fabric is a polyester knit with good stretch and moisture management but better durability than the typical fragile fabric that's OK on the road. Then on the sleeves, shoulders and back panel we use a stretch woven fabric that is extremely resistant, since this is the area that most often gets snagged. You'll just be comfortable like you always are in Castelli, but you'll look good all season long. - The all-surface unlimited no-compromise jersey - ProSecco Unlimited main body fabric - Snag-resistant stretch woven on sleeves and shoulders - No-sew flat-edge sleeve finishing - 3 rear pockets plus zippered key/money pocket - YKK Vislon zipper - Silicone gripper elastic at waist - 18°-32°C / 65°-90°F - Weight: 166g

LIGHT, DRY AND FAST Racing in the Alps in July is for a select few, but the products that come out of that experience are absolutely amazing for the rest of us. We made this jersey with Team Ineos for the rigors of pro racing in hot weather and in the high mountains. It's extremely lightweight and features open fabrics for additional airflow and quick drying. And by using the same patterning as the Aero Race Jersey, we make sure you get maximum aerodynamics as well. Even if you don't race over the Galibier this summer, you'll love the soft stretch and great fit of this jersey, and you'll appreciate how it keeps you cool on the hottest days. Maybe you'll even do like the pro riders do and use it on wet days because it doesn't soak up any moisture. And you'll certainly appreciate that the fabric on the back blocks more than 90 percent of UV rays. - CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction - Engineered rapid cooling, light weight and aero efficiency - Airflow shoulder construction - Flusso 3D fabric on front and sleeve - StradaPro 3D back for breathability - Elbow-length stretch sleeves with raw-cut edge - YKK Vislon zipper - Drop tail for perfect pocket placement while keeping jersey fitting well at waist - 22°-40°C / 72°-104°F - Weight:116 g

The main story of this short is the use of our renowned top-of-the-line Progetto X2 Air Seamless seat pad in an otherwise traditional short, but in fact every little detail has been obsessed over to ensure your comfort on your next long endurance ride. The Endurance Evolution fabric has a soft hand while providing good compression and excellent moisture management. And it's all held in place with the amazingly comfortable GIRO3 leg gripper. This short offers exceptional value and is ready to deliver lasting comfort on your longest rides. Don't Limit Yourself We made this short to meet Castelli's high standards for comfort and performance in a cycling short while adding a few extra features that come in handy for riding on any surface. You'll find our normal exceptional fit as well as the KISS Air2 seat pad, which provides generous anatomically placed padding with an exceptionally soft top layer. What makes this short special is the extremely durable Unlimited Lycra fabric. It has higher abrasion resistance and tear resistance while not compromising on stretch, moisture management or comfort. In addition, we use double-layer side panels for the old track rider's trick of fabric-sliding-on-fabric should you fall. This short isn't really meant to be indestructible, but it significantly increases the chances that sliding out on gravel will mean you need to just brush yourself off rather than having to buy a new pair of shorts. That second layer on the side panel also makes for convenient side pockets, with a flap over the top to prevent the contents from falling out. For added convenience while riding on and off road, you have two mesh pockets on the lower back that compress gear next to your body to keep it from bouncing around. This short adds durability and storage without compromising comfort — for unlimited amounts of fun. - Made for fast riding on unlimited terrain - 200 g/m2 nylon/Lycra fabric with best-in-class abrasion and tear resistance - 2 mesh rear pockets built into mesh bib straps - Double-layer side panels reduce abrasion if you fall, while also creating 2 useful side pockets - Raw-cut leg ending with vertical silicone grip strips to hold leg in place - KISS Air2 seat pad for long-distance comfort - 15°-32°C / 59°-90°F - Weight: 200g

If you had to choose one jersey to do it all, this would be the one. The name kind of says it all: Endurance. For your long rides, a jersey needs to be able to do it all, offering comfort, carrying capacity, a wide temperature range with sun protection, and good aerodynamics. This jersey checks all those boxes. The comfort comes from a close-to-body fit with stretchy fabrics so it doesn't feel tight. Four different fabrics keep you dry while covering every temperature range from mild to hot. And extra comfort comes from details like the flap behind the zipper to protect your neck and the stretch sleeves with raw-cut edges that never bind or constrict. The pockets feature Castelli's drop-pocket design, which places the pockets lower on the back for easier access. There's even a fourth zippered pocket for valuables. Your long rides and even your short rides will be faster with less effort because this jersey is also highly aerodynamic, especially through the sleeves and shoulders, which feature the same fabric used on several generations of our pro-level race jerseys. The old saying is jack of all trades, master of none. The Endurance Pro Jersey really is master of all. - Endurance and all-around jersey with mix of aerodynamics, comfort, and convenience - Velocity dimpled fabric on front and shoulders for faster drying - Air mesh sleeves with raw-cut sleeve ending - Multifilament fabric on back blocks 94% of UV rays - Nervato fabric at armholes for improved aerodynamics

Innovative evolution The Free Aero RC Bibshort is our top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that we've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original free aero race bibshort was first introduced, initially as our top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Gri d'Italia, one Vuelta, and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad we know how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate skincare layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel free thanks to the most minimal bibs you've ever seen in a short, including open-weave straps for maximum airflow. But we reinforced the yoke so the straps stay in place and made the mesh back narrow for coverage that is minimal yet just enough to hold the shorts in place. And the bib elegantly frames a convenient pocket at the center back. You feel free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending we've ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% lycra with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability. - High-compression 215g Forza 2 fabric with 32% lycra content provides exceptional muscle support and compression - Progetto X2 air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort - Minimalist bib straps allow maximum airflow, while a reinforced yoke keeps the straps flat over the shoulders - Rear mesh pocket - 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing - Sublimation-printed graphic and logos that will never peel, crack, or fade - Reflective piping on back of legs - Soft waistband with raw-cut edge panels for extra stretch and comfort - Raw-cut leg ending engineered to stay put without silicone grippers

The Good-at-Everything Race Suit The best triathletes are the ones who are good at everything. That's why we put so much into this suit. Let's start in reverse order: Run: At this point in the race, fatigue sets in. You'll love the comfort of this suit. The front Samremo opening construction doesn't pull you forward, and you can open it up when you feel too hot. The fabrics are quick-drying, light, and cool. The seat pad that felt so good on the bike is small enough you hardly feel it. The two rear pockets compress your gels so they don't bounce around. The long legs with Giro4 leg gripper elastic don't ride up and don't bind. Maybe you'll even notice that you don't have as many burning spots where you've been chafed raw. Somehow, you're thinking that comfort gives you an extra push, some extra speed. Bike: You relish these couple of hours to put some distance into the other women. This suit benefits from the aero research of Castelli's Pro PR suit but is tuned for speeds ranging from medium to high. The legs and sleeves provide excellent coverage while the back gives decent sun protection and the two pockets hold plenty of nutrition. And you appreciate the Castelli know-how in seat pad construction. Put your head down and pass a few more riders. Swim: The reduced seaming and long arms and legs help you cut through the water while the pockets lie flat and don't catch water. The fit is snug and the lightweight fabrics don't hold as much water. The shoulder area is extra stretchy for freedom of movement even under a wetsuit or swimskin. - Second-generation Sanremo short sleeve suit is faster than ever - Velocity Rev2 main body fabric delivers aerodynamics with excellent fit and moisture management - Back fabric is our Velocity mesh for breathability, yet it blocks 94% of UV rays for significant sun protection (UPF 16) - Elbow-length sleeves with raw-cut edges for maximum comfort and aerodynamics - Castelli's Sanremo front opening makes it easier to bend for cycling and straighten out for the run and swim - 2 rear pockets lie flat in the swim but allow generous room for nutrition - New short construction fits more securely with more muscle support - Giro4 flat leg grippers on longer legs for maximum aerodynamics - KISS Tri seat pad that provides comfort on the bike and that you almost don't feel during the run - Weight: 174g
